Governor Charlie Crist Comes To Lakeland

Governor and U.S. Senate candidate Charlie Crist will address members of the Republican Club of Lakeland on Monday, October 12th at the Lakeland Yacht and Country Club. The event will run from 12:00-2:00pm. Attendance is open to the public.

Lake Mirror Class Car Show

Dennis Gage, host of the popular 'My Classic Car' on the SPEED Network, will be filming segments at the Lake Mirror Classic the weekend of October 16-18, 2009. Gage and his crew are expected to film the show October 17. Segments will include interviews with classic car owners and features about downtown Lakeland. The show will air during the 2010 season of 'My Classic Car.'
